1. Tracking your Package

We understand the anticipation in receiving something you've ordered online, so we will send you updates on where exactly your package is.

2. Delivery Time

Standard India delivery takes between 3 to 7 working days depending on delivery location. Since we are based in the south, Hyderabad to be specific - our south orders reach slightly quicker than the north.

3. Shipping Cost

The Shipping costs for India standard service is flat INR 100 per package. If your order is over INR. 1000, we'll cover the shipping charge for you.

4. Order Processing

All orders received on or before NOON India time will be shipped within 2 business days, excluding holidays. All orders received after NOON India time will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed.

5. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We send all orders via reputed courier partners. We will send you the details of the shipment after you place an order. You will be able to track your order as soon as we ship your package.
